GOD HAS ALREADY TOLD US, SO WHY ARE WE SURPRISED?

There will always be evil in high places, especially when the culture collapses. We should expect it! America has departed from the Word of God, and from the Lord Himself. "When the righteous triumph, there is great glory. But when the wicked rise, men hide themselves" (Prov. 28:12). "When the wicked perish, the righteous increase" (v. 28). And, "The ruler gives stability to the land by justice, but a man who takes bribes overthrows it" (29:4).
